Rolls Royce Hire Terms and Conditions

Rolls Royce Hire Terms and Conditions:

  1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is deemed confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the hire date. Failure to complete the payment may result in booking cancellation.

  2. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you wish to reschedule your booking to another date within a 12-month period, a $200 administrative fee will be charged. Changes made less than 60 days from the hire date may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please note that 10% of the total booking price is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  3. Communication: All communications regarding bookings, changes, or cancellations must be sent via email to booking@rollsroycehire.co.nz. Claims arising from non-adherence to email communication will not be entertained.

  4. Vehicle Damages: Clients are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during the hire period. Disorderly or inappropriate behavior may result in additional charges or termination of service.

  5. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals displaying signs of intoxication or disruptive behavior. Such refusal will not warrant a refund.

  6. Vehicle Decorations: Prior approval is required for any decorations. Prohibited items include stick-ons, confetti, glitter, and other potentially damaging materials.

  7. COVID-19 Provisions: In the event of service disruptions due to COVID-19 restrictions, clients can opt to reschedule or request a refund, excluding any third-party costs already incurred.

  8. Liability: Rolls Royce Hire is not liable for personal damages, accidents, or loss of personal items during the hire period, subject to rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  9. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking or vaping inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Alcohol consumption, if allowed, must adhere to New Zealand’s legal guidelines and Rolls Royce Hire’s policies.

  10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by New Zealand Law. Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

  11. Assignment: Clients may not transfer or assign their rights or obligations under these terms without explicit written consent from Rolls Royce Hire.
